The theme, “Beyond Silence,” encourages us to look past misconceptions about deafness and recognize the rich experiences, identities, and contributions of Deaf individuals in society. 🤝 Why Learn British Sign Language (BSL)?Learning BSL bridges communication gaps between Deaf and hearing people, fostering inclusivity and understanding. It enhances peripheral vision and reaction times, as sign language users often develop heightened visual awareness.
